JAPAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL
WHO WE ARE
Located in the Him Lam urban area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Japan Animal Hospital (former Sasaki Animal Hospital) was established on November 11, 2014, by five Japanese experts from Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagoya, and Fukushima. We take pride in being one of the first veterinary hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City to meet international standards in design and construction, examination and treatment, management and operation, providing pets with comprehensive healthcare services according to Japanese standards in Vietnam.

Currently, JAH possesses facilities that include a dedicated basement for the infection isolation area and three upper floors for the examination, treatment, hospitalization, and surgery of pets. We continuously focus on investing in modern equipment, applying advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques, as well as developing a team of highly skilled doctors and staff to provide the best experience for our furry patients.
QHEPE POLICY
JAH’s policy is a necessary code of conduct for staff to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a principle that we must be aware of and adhere to.
1. Quality
We strive to provide the best options for client satisfaction and pursue an improvement in quality of life. Additionally, we aim for excellence in all aspects, including technology, knowledge, and services, particularly in our medical practices.
2. Hospitality
We provide a clean, safe, and trustworthy environment that offers hospitality similar to that of our own home. Additionally, we consider and act upon what others need and seek.
3. Efficiency
In all situations, we act efficiently and swiftly without keeping clients waiting. Furthermore, whether in consultations, surgeries, or any task, we pursue efficiency in all our actions.
4. Performance
As professionals and as JAH staff, we demonstrate appropriate conduct. Each individual is mindful of understanding the situation and “displaying” the role suited to the occasion.
5. Education
We provide clients with “accurate knowledge and information” to build trust. Additionally, we strive to improve our skills by understanding “correct knowledge and methods.”
